Job Title: SEO Head
Location: Mumbai, India Job Summary As the SEO Director at Ethinos, you will lead a team of 40+ dedicated SEO professionals to drive the organic growth of over 40 client accounts. Your expertise in developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies will be critical in enhancing our clients' online visibility and contributing to their business success. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SEO strategies into the broader digital marketing efforts.
Responsibilities - Develop and execute high-impact SEO strategies for over 40 client accounts, aligning with their unique business goals and objectives.
- Oversee the optimization efforts for each account, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO aspects.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a diverse team of 40+ SEO professionals, ensuring their continuous growth and skill development.
- Collaborate with Content, Social Media, and Paid Advertising teams to align SEO efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor and measure the performance of each account, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Stay abreast of evolving search engine algorithms and industry trends, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Implement best practices for efficient project management, resource allocation, and time-sensitive deliverables.
- Collaborate with web developers to implement technical SEO enhancements for client websites.
- Participate in client meetings to present SEO strategies, results, and recommendations.
- Foster strong client relationships by being responsive, knowledgeable, and providing strategic insights.
Qualifications - Proven track record (8+ years) of successfully managing a large number of SEO accounts, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets.
- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic problem-solving mindset, adaptable to the dynamic digital landscape.
