We currently have Associate level positions available in our Quantaco Team. Desired Candidate Experience - Freshers are welcome to apply, however we would prefer someone with 1-2 years of experience in a BPO type environment, performing process-driven work in an AP or AR team
- Experience in preparing monthly financial statements for multiple clients
- Experience working in Accounts Payables or Accounts Receivables processes
- Should have experience in working directly with clients and stakeholders
- Experience with Australian accounting, taxation and clients, preferable but not essential.
Role Accountabilities Our
Quantaco Creditors team are responsible for the processing and payments of supplier invoices for our suite of Australian clients. Creditors Team Associates are responsible for ensuring tasks and deliverables are met on a daily basis in an efficient, timely and accurate manner. Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Processing supplier invoices
- Reconciling supplier invoices amp; statements
- Paying supplier invoices
- Accurate data entry
- Credit card reconciliations
- Preparation of monthly Management and Analytic reports
- Preparation of work papers substantiating management report balances
- Preparation of statuary monthly and quarterly reports
Our
Quantaco Receivables Team Are Responsible For The Processing And Management Of Debtor Invoices And Reconciliations For Our Suite Of Australian Clients. Receivables Team Associates Are Responsible For Ensuring Tasks And Deliverables Are Met On a Daily Basis In An Efficient, Timely And Accurate Manner. Tasks Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Debtor management
- Debtor reconciliation
- Management of accounts receivable
- Sale data entry
- Reconciling sales
- Accurate data entry
- Accurate bank reconciliations
- Preparation of monthly Management and Analytic reports
- Preparation of work papers substantiating management report balances
- Preparation of statuary monthly and quarterly reports
Our
Quantaco Payroll Team are Responsible For The Processing Of High-volume Payroll For Our Suite Of Australian Clients. Payroll Team Associates Are Responsible For Ensuring Tasks And Deliverables Are Met On a Daily Basis In An Efficient, Timely And Accurate Manner. Tasks Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Payroll processing
- Payroll payments
- Reporting STP
- Processing superannuation, IAS, BAS, Payroll tax, reconciliations and payments
- Accurate data entry
- Preparation of monthly Management and Analytic reports
- Preparation of work papers substantiating management report balances
- Preparation of statuary monthly and quarterly returns
