Job Title: Technical Recruiter (Location: Lucknow)

Responsibilities:

◾ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

◾ Source, identify, and engage passive and active candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

◾ Conduct thorough technical interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

◾ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.

◾ Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

◾ Foster strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

◾ Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

✔ Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

✔ Solid understanding of technology concepts and the ability to assess technical skills effectively.

✔ Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

✔ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.

✔ Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
