Job Description: Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our organization. As the Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and acquiring top talent to meet our company's hiring needs. You will lead the talent acquisition team, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the talent acquisition team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's success in meeting hiring goals. - Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and acquire high-quality candidates across various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events. - Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans for each position. - Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, such as direct sourcing, networking, and partnerships with external agencies, to identify and engage with potential candidates. - Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening, phone interviews, and in-person interviews, to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. - Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, including interview scheduling, feedback collection, reference checks, and offer negotiations. - Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and updates throughout the hiring process. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment strategies to continuously improve the talent acquisition process. - Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports and insights to management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate strategies. - Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations, to enhance the talent acquisition network.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role, with a focus on leadership and team management. - In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, techniques, and best practices. - Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. - Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and team members. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize recruitment processes. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders. - Professional certifications in talent acquisition or human resources are a plus.
