Job description
Test lead responsible for the planning, coordination, and control of various test activities.
Shall be able to create the test process and test strategy that analyzes which test methods and tools suitable for the project/product
Shall be able to build and lead the testing teams
Define the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery
Apply the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the project/product and the Testing Teams
Ensure Test sufficiency, effectiveness, efficiency, quality and progress
Manage all facets of testing: functional and non-functional (load, stress, failure, static code analysis)
Should know all aspects of the software engineering process
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Experience/knowledge of the Traffic Management domain is nice to have
Shall be able to mentor and train the teams on methodologies, tools, and techniques
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent)
8 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of at least one programming/ scripting language
Knowledge of at least one database management system
Experience in Test Automation
Experience in the Agile process
Proficiency in written and spoken English
ISTQB certification is nice to have
