Position- Engineer - UPS Testing
Department- Operation, UPS testing
Reports to- Director-Testing
Minimum Academic Qualification- BE â€' Electronics / Electricals with more than 3 years experience
Minimum Working Experience- 5 years
Minimum working experience in same Industry- 3 years
Skill- requirement
Must have good knowledge of Power electronics.
Must have knowledge of SLD/ schematics diagram.
Knowledge of basic electronic devices/circuits/ electrical system.
Fault finding ability during UPS testing.
Should have Analytical skill, good communication skill, leadership quality.
Job responsibility:
Responsible for final UPS testing (Production) activity. Plan test bay allocation according to requirements.
Should be able to handle customers Inspection. Understand their requirements about product.
Conduct FAT as per QAP/customer requirements. Answer customer queries, if any. (knowledge of all Power products is required)
Monitor & analyse UPS failure data during testing. Initiate action on the same in coordination with Production/IPQA/IQA.
Responsible for maintenance activity of test bay & load bank.
Maintain test equipments, calibration on regular basis.
Help DVT/Engineering/application team for new product/component testing.
Provide product /technical training (as & when required) to newly joined engineer (Services or any other department)
