We Pratra are seeking a qualified Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 4+ years of experience who will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

· Assess leads generated from marketing campaigns to identify potential sales opportunities.

· Initiate contact with prospective clients through effective cold calling and email communication.

· Articulate and present the company's products, services, and value proposition to potential clients.

· Understand the unique needs of prospects and recommend appropriate products or services.

· Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients, fostering trust and credibility.

· Proactively seek and explore new business opportunities within the market.

· Arrange and coordinate meetings or calls between potential customers and Sales Executives.

· Provide regular reports on sales results and activities to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

· Demonstrated work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or a similar role.

· Hands-on experience with diverse sales prospecting techniques, including cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach.

· Track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales quotas.

· Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for effective lead management.

· Fair understanding of key sales performance metrics to gauge and improve sales effectiveness.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong negotiation abilities.

· Ability to deliver engaging presentations to potential clients.
