This role involves recruiting top talent, managing administrative tasks, and supporting our employees' needs.
What is the role about?
- Shaping the entire recruitment process from creating job ads and selecting the right recruitment channels, reviewing applications, conducting interviews in collaboration with department heads until we found the right candidate for our team.
- Excel our onboarding process by efficiently managing joining formalities while keeping applicants excited at every step of the process and ensure a warm welcome and a smooth onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records to facilitate smooth HR operations, oversee employees' time and leave management, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations.
- Handle employee inquiries promptly and professionally, providing HR-related information and guidance on various employee matters, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
