In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery within budget, schedule, and scope. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and teams.
Responsibilities:
- Must have experience in managing onsite client deliveries from offshore utilizing offshore team.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery
- Identify and mitigate risks
- Communicate project status to stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and project requirements
- Mentor and coach junior project managers
Qualifications:
- Experience in project management
- Experience managing large-scale projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software
- PMP certification or equivalent
