About the internship:

This 3month internship with a stipend of 7k14k per month offers you a unique opportunity to work directly with and learn from our Founder & CEO and Marketing Head. Based in Bangalore (hybrid) youll be at the heart of our brand reputation management playing a crucial role in shaping how the tech world sees Metakraft.

Your responsibilities:

• Become the voice of Metakraft: Monitor online conversations engage with relevant influencers and craft witty insightful comments that boost brand awareness.
• Datadriven decision making: Maintain insightful ORM reports to keep all departments informed and empower strategic action.
• Reputation guardian: Actively track brand mentions across platforms respond to positive and negative reviews and implement strategies to maintain a positive online image.
• Content curator: Manage review content identify appropriate responses and track new or revised information.
• Data whisperer: Analyze online trends identify potential issues and recommend solutions to mitigate negativity.
