Job description
Functional Responsibilities :
Data Management :
Efficiently manage student data on the portal, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Handle data uploads, including enrollment details, grades, and other relevant information.
Data Export:
Generate and export reports as per the requirements, providing valuable insights into
student performance and system usage
.
System Maintenance:
Ensure the smooth operation of the ERP system, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Collaborate with the development team to implement updates and enhancements.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the development team to understand and communicate new
requirements for system enhancements.
Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze data requirements.
Security and Compliance :
Implement and adhere to data security protocols to protect sensitive student information.
Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years' experience.
Proven experience as an ERP Operator or similar role.
Proficiency in using ERP systems and related software.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
