Job Summary :
The GEM Tender Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process on the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal. This role involves coordinating and executing the procurement of goods and services for government agencies efficiently and in compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of government procurement regulations and procedures in India.
- Proficiency in using the GEM portal and other relevant procurement software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with e-tendering processes is a plus.
Experience :
- Prior experience in procurement, tendering, or supply chain management is preferred.
- 2+ years of Experience in using the GEM portal for procurement activities is an advantage.
