About the role

The front desk manager will be responsible for managing the overall experience of customers visiting our clinic in Bandra. With this clinic, we not only aim to provide the best mental health treatment but also strive to make it a world-class community for all things mental health. 

The community manager will act as the first touch-point for all our existing and prospective customers. They will be responsible to organize events, workshops, and activities aimed at creating awareness about mental health. They will also work with other clinic members to manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic.

This will be an 8–9-hour workday, with a 6-day workweek. (Monday to Saturday). Sundays are holidays.
