Job description
Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels (e.g., online research, cold calling, social media).
Building Relationships : Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at prospect and customer companies. Understanding Customer Needs : Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer challenges and identify how your solution can add value. Product Demos and Presentations : Deliver compelling and effective product demonstrations, highlighting features, benefits, and use cases that resonate with customer needs. Negotiating and Closing Deals : Develop and present competitive proposals, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close deals to achieve individual and team sales goals. Customer Onboarding : Guide and support new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing their experience. Building Long-Term Relationships : Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
