Job Overview

We are looking for a Telesales Specialist to join our team at WhatNxt. As a Telesales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and converting them into clients. You will play a key role in promoting our recruitment services and helping job-seekers find the perfect job. This is a full-time position with a focus on educational sales and career counseling. The job location is Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India and the employment type is Full-Time.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in telesales or educational sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of educational sales and career counseling
• Proactive and result-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, email marketing, and social media
• Contact potential customers and promote our recruitment services
• Understand the needs and requirements of clients and provide tailored solutions
• Conduct in-depth consultations with job-seekers to understand their career goals
• Assist job-seekers in finding suitable job opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and job-seekers
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients and job-seekers
