Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy Development:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies

aligned with business goals.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities

and threats.

2. Social Media Management:

Plan and execute engaging social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook,

Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

Monitor social media channels for industry trends and engage with the audience to build brand

awareness.

3. Content Creation and Management:

Develop and curate compelling content for various digital channels, including blogs, website,

social media, and email campaigns.

Ensure all content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and aligned with brand guidelines.

4. Email Marketing:

Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, segmenting

lists, and analyzing campaign performance.

Implement A/B testing to optimize email content and increase open and click-through rates.

5. Paid Advertising:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads,

Facebook Ads, etc.

Manage budget allocation, bid strategy, and targeting to maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.

3. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.

4. Hands-on experience with social media, and email marketing.

5. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (Google

Analytics, etc.).

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.

8. Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
