Job description
- To act proactively in all litigation matters including but not limited to DRT, High Court, Consumer Forum, Complaints under S.138 NI Act & recovery applications and suits before appropriate authorities, Tribunal and Court of Law.
- To draft and / or vet applications, written statements, plaints to be filed on behalf of the Bank.
- To assist the Region in lodging FIR/complaints before various authorities and give legal support in fraud related matters and instances of fraud.
- To draft and vet legal notices and reply to legal notices sent by customers.
- To coordinate with panel advocates before and after date of hearing, seek updates and process the fee bills.
Requirements
• Law graduate with 3+ years of experience working for legal team of a Bank with minimum 2 years of experience at Courts.
