UNIFY Dots is a global technology and software solutions company specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365-based solutions. We are seeking a Sr. Human Resources Manager with proven work experience in providing HR operations support on a day-to-day basis. The job will be work from home and a full-time position but will require in-person meetings and team building events in India.

Responsibilities
Your job duties include the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to the HR, immigration and recruitment team and ensure there is a daily meeting cadence to review work and provide clear actions.
- Oversee and manage the HR system and ensure all records are maintained there. Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in the HR System and ensure all employment requirements are met. Ensure the HR system is reflective of the quality of a IT company with a high degree of automation.
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance;
- Lead the Performance Appraisal procedures for Team members;
- Ensure there is high quality of training sessions and seminars held under the Unify University program and review the presentations ahead of them being conducted;
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity including attrition data, diversity and ;
- Provide guidelines and ensure compliance on the process for hires, promotions, compensation increases, terminations and exit formalities;
- Driving initiatives that help with a positive company culture and building a family spirit
- Improving our employee retention initiatives and work to a lower attrition rate also lead a program for proactive check point with team members
- Managing Payroll and benefits for our team members including the renewal of benefits in all the key markets where we have benefit plans
- Ensure there is compliance to labor laws across the geographies we are in. Advice management of changes to policies needed to ensure compliance and draft changes to the policies for review.
- Enhance the HR management system to capture employee complaints, request for help, and certifications of employment. Ensure these are responded to within a 1 working day SLA
- Audit Employee and team member equipment to ensure compliance with required anti-virus, windows updates and other end-point security software.
- Roll up your sleeve as needed for the following and other tasks
- Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.;
- Perform orientations, onboarding, and update Human resource system with new hires;
- Perform team member appraisals including those of the HR, Recruitment, Immigration and talent team
- Other related activities
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related area.
- Masters’ Degree in Human Resources or related area or equivalent such as an MBA.
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Excel
- Communication: Good verbal and written English-language communication skills with ability to communicate professionally over emails and phone calls.
- At least 12 years of broad HR management work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing an HR team
- Certified in HR compliance.
