An ideal candidate is a result-oriented Sales development representative with strong experience in executing targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth by generating appointments using inbound and outbound campaigns.
- Job Role :
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- Engage with potential customers through phone calls and emails, providing information about the company's products and services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Actively invest time in growing the LinkedIn network and LinkedIn conversation.
- Complete accurate tracking of communication with current and potential customers.
- Use various channels to identify new prospects and set appointments.
- Skills:
- Outstanding verbal communication, listening, and writing skills.
- Gaining knowledge about a company's products, services, competitors, and industry trends.
- Working with management to develop long-term plans for increasing revenue through new sales leads.
- Proven track record of success at previous companies.
- Activity Tracking & Reporting.
- Salesforce, Hubspot, LinkedIn / LISN, Prospectin – Mass LI connections, Salesintel.
- Technical Skill:
- EDUCATION:
- Should be well versed with both the Indian and international market regions – North America, LATAM, APAC, EMEA etc.
- MBA or other advanced degree required.
- 3+ years of experience in generating appointments in the B2B space.
