The platform is an ideal ally for content teams on which we combine the power of GenAI technology like ChatGPT with custom training of the models and advanced prompt engineering.

As GenAI models advance and technology becomes increasingly accessible, the demand for tailored model training and customized prompts will become highly specific to each customer. To meet this need, we delve into the customer's requirements, meticulously crafting a model and process that yield the most pertinent results. As we expand our content operations through the GenAI stack, we seek prompt specialists with a strong content understanding. These specialists not only comprehend the potential of Gen AI but also champion its power, enabling the development of models that consistently deliver top-notch output.

At Pepper Content, you will:

• Understand specific customer needs and briefs
• Craft prompts based on client expectations
• Modify, update and maintain prompts as per customer feedback
• Stress test system prompts for multiple industries, tone and type of content
• Create frameworks to sophisticated prompt quality testing
• Set up process to monitor and evaluate prompt quality performance
• Suggest product requirements to improve the content quality and experience
• Stay up to date with advances in GenAI space

Should apply if you have:

• Have 3+ years of work experience
• Have strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously
• Know nuances of long for content creation process
• Have experience working for multiple clients and dissecting briefs
• Be proficient understand of GPT/ChatGPT
• Be willing to learn new ways of doing things
• Be familiar with the Excel/Sheets functions
• Possess strong problem solving skills
• Be very strong in communication skills
• Collaborate with persuasiveness rather than authority
