JOB DESCRIPTION- Business Development Associate
JOB OVERVIEW:
MindLearn Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a Business Development Associate with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for interacting with students, going to institutional visite for collaboration, forming meaningful associations with clients and potential clients, visiting clients and companies, generating leads and converting them, and assisting the team in documentation and other related tasks.
Location: Bangalore (On-Site)- Jayanagar
Employment type: 6 days/ week; Full Time
Salary: 3-3.6 LPA
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, and other subjects in Arts.
- Good English speaking skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and student information systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently with attention to detail
- Empathy, patience, and understanding towards students' academic challenges
- Good Kannada speaking skill is recommended
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Developing and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborating with the marketing teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients. Customizing proposals to meet the specific requirements of each prospect.
- Assisting the team in the negotiation and closure of deals and related support.
- Building a strong professional network through participation in industry events, conferences, and networking groups.
