Role Description This is a full-time on-site Area Sales Manager role located in Vadodara. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets for SCPL's array of products, creating business plans to meet revenue and growth objectives, and expanding the company's market presence in the assigned area. The role will also involve identifying potential clients and building long-term relationships with key customers, managing sales teams, and reporting progress to senior management. Qualifications Sales and distribution management, channel management, and retail sales experience Business development, negotiation, and strategic planning skills Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in teams with a customer-focused mindset Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus Knowledge of the local market and language would be beneficialJob tags
