Summary:

Black Cab, a leading digital marketing agency, is seeking a Group Account Manager to head our dynamic team of account managers and executives. The successful candidate will be a proven digital marketing expert, with a strong understanding of all facets of digital marketing, including social media, content, and digital ad strategies. This role requires excellent leadership skills, client relationship management, and the ability to drive creative marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Leadership: Lead the digital marketing strategy for 6-8 client accounts, which includes social media, content, digital channel, digital ad, and influencer marketing strategies. Team Management: Oversee a team of 8-10 account managers and executives, effectively allocating resources across accounts to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction. Training & Development: Regularly groom and upskill the team to keep pace with the latest updates, trends, and features in the digital marketing world. Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, ensuring effective engagement and mutual satisfaction. Project Management: Successfully negotiate timelines, scope of work, and deliverables with clients. Capable of troubleshooting and problem-solving under pressure. Business Development: Partake in new client pitches and close new business deals. Actively cross-sell and up-sell the agency's services. Content & Campaign Management: Drive creative content strategy and campaign ideas for assigned brands, ensuring alignment with their vision and goals. Data & Knowledge Management: Maintain and grow a detailed data, content, and knowledge base for all managed clients. Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular reports, map KPIs, and present progress reviews to clients on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Proven experience in a similar role within a digital marketing agency Comprehensive understanding of and experience with digital marketing platforms Demonstrable leadership skills, with experience leading and developing teams Strong client relationship management skills Excellent problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
