Job Overview

The Compensation and Benefits Specialist will play a key part in shaping the total rewards strategy for the India COE. The role holder will be responsible for developing and administering competitive compensation and benefits programs that support the company's overall business objectives and talent goals. The role holder will work closely with various departments, including HR leadership, managers, and employees, to ensure that the rewards offerings are fair, compliant, sustainable and provides the best working experience to all colleagues and stakeholders at the BHI India COE

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties -

  • Leverage the currently deployed job architecture to classify new roles to the best-fit job families and career levels
  • Refer to market data and analyze internal & external total rewards trends to define competitive pay ranges across roles
  • Independently lead benefits operations, manage end to end vendor life cycle from identifying best-fit external partners to ensuring robust periodic reviews with vendors to evaluate ROI of the existing relationship
  • Support design and roll-out of new compensation and benefits programs in alignment with company needs and market trends
  • Drive communication with employees and managers to build greater awareness across total rewards offerings, conduct regular sessions and support addressing employee concerns.
  • Manage roll-out of key Rewards cycle activities like insurance renewal and annual merit cycle
  • Prepare periodic dashboards and leadership reports to track progress against annual Total Rewards priorities
  • Drive continuous process improvements to ensure efficient Total Rewards service delivery
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with central, state, and local requirements.

  • Ability to build partnerships and working relationships with multiple stakeholders across regions.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, presentation and project management skills
