Position : Business Development Manager for Digiteon Experience: 5-7 Years Work Location: Ahmedabad (Work From Office)

Staff Augmentation: • Proven Business Development, Account Management and experience in selling Staff Augmentation services. • Ability to identify and generate leads and convert into a long term business accounts. • Good understanding of selling IT staffing services. • Must have a proven track record of outstanding sales performance in the IT consulting industry and a workable approach for closing new business, and sense of urgency in obtaining new business. • Plan and Execute sales strategy & tactics that maximize business opportunities • Experienced in Evaluating, Negotiating and Executing Client Contracts as well as Sub Contracts adhering to Company Policies. • Experience handling projects and services contracts and SOWs is preferred. • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English • Passionate, Energetic, Enthusiastic, Go-Getter • You are Self-Driven, Motivated, Professional, Positive Minded • You have an entrepreneurial attitude/mind set, business acumen • Sharp, articulate, and energetic with a CAN-DO attitude eCommerce: • Develop new business opportunities, and actively seek new growth and expansion opportunities. • Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. • Strategically uncover new sales opportunities using business, social and legislative changes in the market and industry. • Conduct research to identify new Channels and user acquisition. • Arrange business meetings with prospects and lead on the process all the way through contract signature and achieving sales targets. • Promote the company’s products/services. • Translates the strategic goals of the business into operational plans to achieve the required targets. • Managing relationships with partners and ensuring seamless end-to-end integration of the e-commerce business. • Working in a fast-paced, digitally centric environment, you must be an energetic, collaborative, and results-oriented self-starter who is technologically savvy and organized. • Reporting on a weekly basis to top management on the work progress, milestones completion, growth..etc
