Job Purpose

'1- Deliver training sessions on CI Tools. 2- Facilitate Kaizen Workshops. 3- Report on improvement ideas and projects progress. 4- Facilitate discussions with improvement steering committee validation & assessment process of ideas and projects. 5- Support with savings quantification, validation and reporting. 6- Identify obstacles delaying improvements implementation, and addressing them. 7- Managing rewards and recognition program.

Experience Avg. 2 years previous experience with continuous improvement deployment. Lean Six Sigma Certified, at least Green Belt. Fluent in English. MS Excel. Communication & Presentation Skills.
