Job Title: Senior Associate - Real Estate

Function / Department : Corporate Function

Job Purpose:

The role entails primary responsibility for assisting Senior Manager in sourcing the property, rolling out of premises and rent management while ensuring cost efficiency. The role holder is responsible for supporting the end-to-end Real Estate lifecycle in accordance with the bank's growth strategy. The role bearer is also responsible for fulfilling audit and documentation requirements to ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines. This is a vital role which is accountable for the smooth functioning of the day-to-day maintenance and facilities of the bank and contributes to maintaining overall efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist the procurement team to set up new offices and negotiate contracts with vendors.
• Execute office management tasks such as systematizing office records and buying office equipment.
• Create and maintain real estate documentation files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Manage deep relationships with landlords, manage contracts and arrange best offers for material and jobs.
• Ensure enhanced due diligence for key external service providers.
• Coordinate with real estate attorneys in handling legal issues.
• Ensure all establishment related compliances.
• Support in implementation of technology-based platforms and digitalization initiatives to enhance productivity.
• Capture and share best- practice knowledge amongst the team.
• Collaborate with the business/ support units and provide them with requisite materials and services that help them in their day-to-day operations.
• Keep abreast of global market trends and competitor strategies in key markets.

Education Qualification:

Graduation: Bachelor's in Engineering / Technology / Maths / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Management

Post-graduation: MBA / PGDM

Experience: 5 to 10 years for work experience.
