Job Title: Customer Support and Relationship Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Support and Relationship Manager with a focus on Lead Generation. This role is pivotal in identifying and cultivating leads for our premium customer segment while ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Proactively identify and qualify potential leads for our premium customer segment.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Utilize various channels, including targeted outreach, networking events, and strategic partnerships, to generate high-quality leads.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with premium customers.
- Understand the unique needs and requirements of premium customers and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Act as the key point of contact for premium customers, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure the satisfaction of premium customers through proactive communication and personalized support.
- Work closely with premium customers to anticipate their needs and provide solutions that exceed expectations.
- Seek feedback from premium customers and use it to continuously improve our services.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies for premium customer acquisition and retention.
- Provide insights and feedback from premium customer interactions to contribute to product/service enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation, customer support, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of premium customer expectations and service standards.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to independently identify and pursue opportunities for lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking tools.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving premium customer acquisition targets.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Only for freshers, experienced ones will not be entertained.
