Responsibilities:
Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement procurement strategies tailored to the fabrication industry ensuring timely and costeffective sourcing of materials while maintaining quality standards.
Supplier Management: Identify assess and onboard suppliers/vendors within the fabrication sector focusing on quality reliability and costeffectiveness. Foster and maintain strong relationships to ensure a stable supply chain.
Negotiation: Conduct negotiations with suppliers/vendors to secure favorable terms pricing and contractual agreements aligned with budgetary constraints and quality expectations.
Purchase Orders: Generate review and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently ensuring compliance with procurement policies and fabrication specifications.
Inventory Management: Collaborate with inventory management teams to optimize stock levels minimize stock outs and reduce holding costs while meeting fabrication production schedules.
Quality Assurance: Coordinate with quality assurance teams to ensure that procured materials meet rigorous quality standards and fabrication specifications.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends supplier capabilities and emerging technologies within the fabrication industry to identify costsaving opportunities and alternative suppliers.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive procurement records including contracts purchase orders invoices and correspondence. Generate reports on procurement activities vendor performance and costsaving initiatives.

- Purchase Executive (57 Years): Candidates in this range should demonstrate advanced expertise in procurement strategies supplier management and negotiation within the fabrication sector with 57 years of proven experience in procurement roles.

Strong negotiation and communication skills. For Purchase Officer (5-7 years): Demonstrable track record of 5-7 years in procurement roles within the fabrication industry, with expertise in supplier management and procurement strategies. Proficiency in procurement software and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
