Role:
Compliance & Payroll Manager The Payroll Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all the statutory payroll regulations required by the organisation and lead the payroll compliance for India, MEA & APAC. The key aspect of the role will be monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring that the company is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations. The role will also encompass creating & managing compliance trackers and assessing metrics data. This person will be responsible for overseeing the payroll compliances process and bringing about any related process & system degradation. Job Responsibilities include : Discover and identify new areas of risks and manage to resolution and full compliance. Work on compliance tools and prepare risk metrics to provide management reporting and metrics and use these in the effective monitoring of identified Compliance risks. Work with Compliance tools to effectively track all regular statutory requirements, working closely with payroll teams to complete tasks promptly. Build partnerships with external consultants to gain expert advice where necessary. Involved in HCM & Payroll system integration Work closely with the Payroll teams, providing support and guidance, Enable tracking of Global Payroll Compliance. Manage internal & external audits applicable for the scope of work Experience with developing and implementing payroll compliance policies and procedures will be added advantage Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai 8+ years of relevant experience in HR Compliance & Payroll management. Globla Payroll compliance knowledge would be preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills This is a work from Office mode. Early joiners would be preferred.Job tags
