Jasper Food Manufacturers Pvt. Ltd. Role Description This is a full-time onsite role for an Export Sales Manager, responsible for managing the company's export sales. The Export Sales Manager will lead the export sales team, create and execute sales strategies, negotiate contracts with partners, and build strong relationships with customers. This role is located in Faridabad. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in export sales and marketing, preferably in the food manufacturing industry. Demonstrable experience in creating and executing effective sales strategies, building and leading a successful sales team, and negotiating contracts with partners. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
