Job Overview
Full-time Patient Care Taker position in Bhiwani (Haryana) with Om Sai Global HR Service. Competitive salary range offered. Roles and Responsibilities Provide personalized care to patients based on their individual needs and requirements Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Administer medications as per the prescribed schedule and maintain accurate medication records Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature Ensure a clean and safe environment for the patients Assist with mobility and transfers, using appropriate lifting techniques Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times Report any changes in the patient's condition to the healthcare provider Follow infection control protocols and maintain hygiene standards Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records Qualifications and Skills Previous experience as a Patient Care Taker or in a similar role Ability to provide emotional support to patients and their families Strong observational and problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively in a team Attention to detail and good organizational skills Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects if requiredJob tags
