About the job Responsibilities Understanding of SEC documents. Understand valuation concepts and compare valuation comparable. Building and maintaining financial models for credit and tear sheet review. Reviewing financial models to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data. Financial spreading for technical analysis and modelling. Collect information from company filings and other sources to maintain industry or sector databases. Analysis of quarterly earnings and writing earnings snapshot. Running and delivering custom data requests. Tracking ad hoc metrics such as credit facility information, bond offerings, equity issuances, etc. Undertaking new projects (analysis) to create a process, organize and execute the work on regular basis. Automating work via high-end formulated excel templates to increase the efficiency of repetitive tasks. Auditing of quarterly analytical sheets to ensure accuracy. Regular communication with the client over call, especially during earnings season or daily email regarding work update. Ready to work in competitive environment.
