Job Description
Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives
Utilize market research, consumer behavior analysis, and data-driven insights to understand target
audiences and adapt marketing strategies accordingly. Stay updated with industry trends and consumer preferences
Define Brand Positioning & build a system to monitor brand performance
Provide adequate visibility for the company's existing brands in the marketplace and increase brand penetration
Lead product development initiatives by conducting market research, identifying new opportunities, and launching in-house beverage products. Work closely with marketing team of distribution brands
Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, traditional, social media, etc.) to drive consumer engagement, sales, and brand loyalty. Monitor campaign performance and optimise strategies based on data analytics
Partner in the launch of a new business vertical that the organisation is planning to go in and simultaneously handling the marketing piece for the existing verticals
Identify and foster strategic partnerships to expand brand reach and create mutually beneficial opportunities.
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and direction
Foster a collaborative and innovative work culture that encourages creativity and excellence
Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximise ROI
Conduct regular performance analysis and track key metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives
Stay informed about beverage industry regulations & compliance requirements. Ensure all marketing activities adhere to legal and industry standards

Experience in a Start Up organisation would be an added advantage
Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
