Job description
· Should have working experience with exposure to IT Systems with complex business processes, and planning for functional testing, impact analysis of changes, and regression testing
· Should have experience in understanding business requirements, functional specifications
· Need to be well versed with Life Insurance Domain (knowledge of New business, Policy servicing, Claim Settlement etc.)
· Should have Knowledge on Insurance Workflow System is
· Proficient to create Test Scenarios & Test cases basis of BRD / FSD documentation
· Should have Core Application Knowledge of Life Asia (AS400)/ Ingenium / Elixir
· Proficient in creating Requirement Traceability Matrix for Tests designed
· Need to capable in creating Requirement Traceability Matrix for Tests designed
· Should have knowledge in Creating or updating Test
· Need to be proficient in Performing SIT & UAT Test Execution
· Should report Defects & follow up with Developers / BA IT for defect fixation with defect ageing tracking SLA
· Should have good verbal and written communication skills along with strong Logical thinking
· Must be a good learner and self-starter, and also a team player willingness to travel and work at various customer sites
