Customer Service Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Executive at Wingman Brandworks LLP in Hyderabad. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for assisting customers and ensuring their satisfaction through outstanding customer support and service management. The day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer relationships.

• Proficient in relevant computer applications such as Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Experience in customer service or related field is preferred
