About the Organization: The organization is a fast growing & profitable insurtech company at 400 Cr annual premium across Life Health & Motor which we sell through advisors agents and partners (were B2B2C not B2C).

They re currently operating out of NCR & some regions of North and looking to expand to other regions in South West East and North.

Theyre looking for Life Insurance sales execs & managers with 51015 yrs experience in selling Life Insurance through advisors & partners with experience in Life Insurance co / Broking co / Insurtech co.

Responsibilities

• Lead business personally through advisors agents etc.
• Work towards results consistently
• Plan on week month quarter basis to achieve sales target
• Manage and coach sales team
• Build sales pipeline for new business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams such as operations etc.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience (510 Yrs)
  
• Previous sales experience in Life Insurance
  
• Good network of advisors and connects in Bancassurance channels

Compensation will be base salary incentives
