Overview

The role of a Real Estate Sales Agent is crucial to our organization as they are responsible for representing and promoting properties to potential buyers. They play a vital role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers.
  • Present properties and provide information about features, current market conditions, and property values.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
  • Accompany buyers during visits and inspections of the property.
  • Negotiate and finalize purchase agreements and contracts.
  • Stay updated on real estate laws and trends.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential clients and industry contacts.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.
  • Prepare and complete necessary real estate documents and contracts.
  • Participate in property auctions and exchange activities.
  • Stay informed about competitive landscape and market trends.
  • Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents, and disbursement of funds.
  • Manage and update listings and advertisements on various platforms.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or related field.
  • Valid real estate agent/broker license.
  • Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of property marketing and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound knowledge of local real estate market trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful sales and property transactions.
  • Thorough understanding of real estate laws and regulations.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation.
