JD Order Management Support

Requirements:

• 1 years of experience in OMS profile
  
• Graduation must
  
• Female candidate preferred
  
• 6 days working (Mon Sat) Morning shift
• comfortable to speak in Hindi and ENGLISH

Role

• Take enquiries from distributors
• Check inventory for availability price feasibility
• Take modify retain cancelled orders from distributors
• Communicate shipment timelines
• Regular account management with distributors to generate orders
• Soft Collections of outstanding payments
  
• Should be able to check OMS (Order Management Support) tools use a lead management CRM

Expected Skills: Qualifications and Experience Levels: Essential Track record of working a busy demanding business environment. Experience of dealing with customers. Desirable Airline, Travel and Resorts experience preferred Previous supervisory or team leader experience 4+ years of experience in a call center environment Good communication skills with fluency in English Experience servicing a Domestic customer base GDS Travel Software experience desirable but not mandatory
