JD Order Management Support
Requirements:
- 1 years of experience in OMS profile
- Graduation must
- Female candidate preferred
- 6 days working (Mon Sat) Morning shift
- comfortable to speak in Hindi and ENGLISH
Role
- Take enquiries from distributors
- Check inventory for availability price feasibility
- Take modify retain cancelled orders from distributors
- Communicate shipment timelines
- Regular account management with distributors to generate orders
- Soft Collections of outstanding payments
- Should be able to check OMS (Order Management Support) tools use a lead management CRM

Expected Skills: Qualifications and Experience Levels: Essential Track record of working a busy demanding business environment. Experience of dealing with customers. Desirable Airline, Travel and Resorts experience preferred Previous supervisory or team leader experience 4+ years of experience in a call center environment Good communication skills with fluency in English Experience servicing a Domestic customer base GDS Travel Software experience desirable but not mandatory
