Job description

Responsibilities

Role: Lead - OD (Organization Effectiveness)

Qualifications and Experience
. Master's degree in business administration, human resources, organizational development, or a related field. Master's degree would be preferred
. Track record of developing and implementing organizational effectiveness initiatives
. 7+years of relevant experience in organization effectiveness, organization development, talent management or a related field

Key Responsibilities
. Managing the processes under OE viz., Talent Criticality, Key Talent Framework for across levels
. Analyze produce insights for OD and present to the function Head on various aspects of OD Programs and interventions
. Conduct necessary analyses to align the organizational (and unit-level) strategy of the company with actuals in order to improve process and management effectiveness
. Coordinating across org units and departments and cross-functional teams to collate data for comprehensive analysis.
. Stay up-to-date about organization changes and on the latest updates and frameworks in organizational effectiveness domain
. Crafting necessary tools and coordinate with IS to develop and rollout systems to meet HR, OD and Organization strategy
. Be a consultant to function heads and unit leaders to participate in analysis and advise on various effectiveness and impact measures

Competencies & Skill Set
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
. Strong analytical and Data skills - data cleaning, statistical analysis, critical thinking, visualization and dashboarding
. Proficient knowledge of MS Excel or any other related database
. Strategic thinking and Problem solving skills Ability to analyze complex situations, identify challenges, and develop innovative solutions to improve organizational performance.
. Effective communication, influence and interpersonal skills in order to collaborate extensive with cross-functional team members at all levels of the organization
