Job description

1. Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Sales of ayurvedic pharma products, OTC,Pharmaceutical, Retail Sales,Personal & Health care Industry.
2. Responsible to generate & grow the business through third-party manufacturing/ Private Labelling in assigned zone.
3. To generate sales revenue through dispensing ayurvedic practitioners of assigned region/state.
4. To appoint PCD Franchises in assigned region/states.
5. Should be Strong negotiating & communication skills to handle the high volume/revenue deals.
6. To establish & maintain relationship with existing & new parties.
7. To make strategy to increase business and to achieve sales target as per business projection.
8. To handle the mfg. compliances and guidelines by following non disclosure agreement of business & data management.
9. This role includes, increasing workforce capability, improving organizational design and structure, providing change leadership, strategic staffing, talent management /succession planning and supporting day-to- day operations as well as on-going process improvement.
10. Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment
11. Designing and developing an assessment matrix to enhance sales capabilities and organizational effectiveness.
12. Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues.
13. Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
14. Review the sales policies, processes, rewards and recognition schemes to benchmark and implement the best practices.
15. Drive and lead the agenda on employee engagement.
16. Responsible for the end to end life cycle management and guiding unit HR for sourcing and hiring strategies, performance management, compensation etc.
17. Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
