Job description
As our Partnerships Manager , you will play a pivotal role in forging strategic alliances and collaborations that fuel our expansion and brand awareness. You'll leverage your creativity, negotiation skills, and industry knowledge to identify and secure partnerships with complementary brands, influencers, and businesses, creating mutually beneficial relationships that drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Identify and research potential partners across various industries, including fashion brands, influencers, stylists, e-commerce platforms, and media outlets.
- Initiate contact, build rapport, and negotiate mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
- Manage partner relationships, ensuring clear communication, timely fulfillment of commitments, and ongoing value creation.
- Track and measure the success of partnerships using relevant KPIs and metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and identify new partnership opportunities.
- Proactively seek out and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within potential partner organizations.
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives in collaboration with partner brands.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and fostering new partnerships.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Deep understanding of the fashion industry and its landscape in India.
- Passion for sustainability and the circular economy.
- A hustler mentality with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
