Job description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Evaluate & execute store capacity enhancement & logistic cost saving
- Define/Validate packging for all A,B C class of parts
- Process mapping of internal material movement in plant to optimize manpower/Space.
- EBOM& MBOM awareness & deriving storage planning from E BOM
- Knowledge & implementation of IT base/ ne9.Awareness of export CKD Packaging.
- Ensure sustenance & upgradation of existing SCPC logistics facilities.
- Logistic best practice benchmarking from overall industries & implementation at FD to reduce footprint.
- Trolley, lifting tackle design & development in project.
- Understanding & execution experience in logistics facility - Storage & distribution on shop floor with optimization of floor space etc..
- Budget estimation & monitoring CAPEX/ REVEX
Experience
4-7 years of work experience

BE/ BTech in Mechanical
Diploma in Mechanical
General Requirements
- Understand & possess good knowledge of different Mfg. process, preferably tractor or auto industry.
- Basic knowledge of logistics like inventory norms, MHEs, Storage calculation
- Knowledge of PFEP planning - Place for Every parts for each part with end to end mapping .
- Know how of Auto CAD, Team centre & UG 6 to plan & prepare shop layout involving process ,Material handling etc.
- Awareness of export CKD Packaging.
- Familiar with logistic process with sound exposure of execution in projects .Project monitoring in GANTT
- Knowledge of PFEP planning - Place for Every parts for each part with end to end mapping
