Position vacant:Executive/Sr.Executive Job role:Operations Events, Exhibition Number of positions vacant: 2 Location: Chennai About Events: We offer our services to the corporate segment. Events are important for any corporate to promote their brand or product, employees to increase their sales. Typical events we specialise are, Product launches Meets and conferences Award functions Celebrity events Celebration events Keeping the client comfortable is our primary objective. Once we take over from the client, we manage end to end and ensure that the client walks in as a guest and enjoys the event. We manage concepts, stage design, audio visuals & lights, pre-event engagements, entertainment, artists, celebrities, back stage & console, event flow. About activations: We execute initiatives created by marketing and brand teams to establish their products in the market and establish their brand. These are promotion campaigns designed in different formats to increase the sales. Activations can be for a single product/service or a group of products/services combined. These activations are targeted at the buyers, influencers, sellers. We facilitate executions across Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. A single activation may be carried out at multiple locations simultaneously at the same time. Various initiatives include, Scheme operations Scheme communications Product presentation mass meets Workshops / Product Trainings Mini mass meets Sampling activities Road shows In-shop activities Product exhibitions Marketing supplies & merchandises About Exhibition stalls: It is important for companies to showcase their products and brand in trade fairs to promote and to establish their presence in the market. We help these companies by providing aesthetically designed stalls with display solutions. We make creative 3D designs as per clients requirements with respect to the size allocated and their display objectives. Our in-house fabrication team will ensure to transform the 3D stall to reality. We offer turn key solutions which include design, fabrication, printing, lighting, display showcases, video displays, furniture & supplies. Job Description: Responsible for delivery of Events & Activations o Manage outdoor activities at front end o Handle mass meets independently o Manage manpower, work distribution, and process flow o Prepare brief for the FOS team, viz., vendors, suppliers, manpower, o Follow checklist for projects, viz., product activations & mass o Supervising of execution, delivery follow ups and reports agents meets compilation o Adhere to delivery timelines o Oversee events setup at the venue as per checklist Responsible to maintain and update database o Identify new suppliers and vendors for new items & services as and o Networking with manpower across towns to execute and deliver o Provide knowledge with respect to latest updates in services and when required for projects projects remotely supplies trending in market Qualification: Corporate Events. Graduate / Post Graduate degree with 2 to 3 years of work experience in Should possess the ability to build strong relationship Proficient in Tamil and English spoken language Strong communication skills Knowledge in MS applications (word, excel, powerpoint) Aspiring a challenging career Ready for extensive travel and adapt to work timings depending on projects deliveryJob tags
