Job description

To leverage proven sales expertise and strategic acumen in introducing UV varnishes/coatings to the Indian market, while exceeding sales targets and fostering enduring client relationships. Drive cross-functional collaboration, optimize sales team performance, and implement innovative strategies to achieve sustainable growth and market leadership. Exceed sales goals through strategic planning, product introduction, and market segmentation. Lead cross-functional collaboration to introduce UV varnishes/coatings in the Indian market. Manage key customer relationships, sales teams, and resources for profitable growth. Develop and implement sales training programs and performance reviews. Drive a world-class sales culture, institute efficient systems, and resolve issues transparently. Identify new sales/product and client opportunities and implement strategies to produce or secure them as the case requires. Develop sales budgets in consultation with the SBU and Finance team. Develop sales plans as required including identification of target groups, marketing tactics and timelines. Pursue and/or participate in the planning and sales process for new business opportunities. Skills Required: Sales and Negotiation: Proficient in sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and closing deals effectively to achieve and exceed sales targets. Market Analysis: Ability to conduct thorough market analysis, identify trends, assess competitor activities, and capitalize on emerging opportunities. Strategic Planning: Competence in developing and implementing strategic plans to introduce new products, penetrate target markets, and achieve sustainable growth objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong coordination skills to work closely with R& D, production, quality assurance, and other departments to ensure seamless product introduction and market penetration. Leadership and Team Management: Experience in leading and motivating sales teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, and managing resources effectively to drive results. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Proficiency in managing key customer relationships, understanding customer needs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, interpret market trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies and maximize profitability. Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication skills to articulate strategies, deliver persuasive presentations, and effectively communicate with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges, resolve issues, and make informed decisions to drive sales performance and achieve business objectives. Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapt to changes, overcome obstacles, and maintain resilience in the face of challenges.
