Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Manager located in Bengaluru. The Area Manager will oversee a team of sales representatives and be responsible for driving business growth, managing sales targets, and developing marketing strategies. The Area Manager will also be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Area Manager or relevant role in Bancassurance
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
