As a Caller Executive at Netventure, you will play a vital role in our sales and marketing efforts
You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and building relationships that lead to business opportunities
Your primary goal will be to generate leads and contribute to the growth of our client portfolio
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online databases, social media, and industry-specific platforms
Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to Netventure Digital solution s services and assessing their needs and requirements.
Effective Communication: Communicate the value proposition of our services clearly and persuasively to prospects.
Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-up calls, emails, and personalized communication.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads to discuss their specific needs in detail.
Lead Qualification : Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure they meet the company s target demographics and are genuinely interested in our services.
Data Management: Accurately record and maintain client information, interactions, and progress in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Reporting : Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation and conversion activities to the sales and marketing teams.
Requirements:
Proven experience in outbound calling or telemarketing, preferably in the web designing or digital marketing industry will be an added advantage
Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive approach.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Goal-oriented and driven to achieve targets and quotas.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce,Zoho bigin) is a plus.
Basic understanding of web designing and digital marketing concepts is advantageous.
