Designs, develops, and implements technical and soft skills e-learning assets, within a larger scope to meet operational demand.
Builds basic e-learning courses with simple design and will maintain and update course templates.
Collaborates with internal learning staff, SMEs and functional or business area stakeholders to identify key learning goals and instructional needs for e-learning courses.
Utilize learning management systems to upload and manage course content, track learner progress, and generate reports.
Conducting rigorous testing and quality checks to ensure the course functions correctly and provides a seamless learning experience. Identifying and resolving any technical issues or errors that may arise during the course design and development process.
Managing the course design process, coordinating with subject matter experts, and tracking project timelines. Ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and resolving any issues that may arise during the course development process.
