Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Business Process Outsourcing Manager. The Business Process Outsourcing Manager will be responsible for managing and executing outsourced business processes for clients, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services. The role will involve analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to optimize processes for clients.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Expertise in outsourcing and managing outsourced processes
Strong understanding of various business processes and workflows
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 Years of Leading ability in a BPO Sector.
