Job Role:

We are seeking an Technical Recruiter for our Talent Acquisition team to play a pivotal role in recruiting and selecting top talent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains the best candidates. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers and team members to meet our staffing needs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Planning : Collaborate with Business & HR leadership to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and set clear objectives for the Talent Acquisition team. Candidate Sourcing : Utilize various recruitment channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to proactively source candidates and build a robust talent pipeline. Selection and Screening : Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates using competency-based techniques to ensure the best fit for the organization. Interview Coordination : Schedule and manage interviews, including coordinating with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Data Management : Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and produce recruitment reports and metrics.

Competencies and Skills:

Recruitment Expertise : Demonstrated experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a solid understanding of recruitment best practices. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively. Team Collaboration : Proven ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and HR team members to meet hiring goals. Interviewing Skills : Competency in behavioural-based interviewing techniques to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. Time Management : Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Technology Proficiency : Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software for efficient candidate management and reporting. Adaptability : Ability to adapt to changing business needs and stay up-to-date with industry trends in talent acquisition. Problem-Solving : Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills in candidate sourcing and selection.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus). At least 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred but not required.
